Meet The Team
In 2017, Anna Strong was diagnosed with an incurable condition called "SCLERODERMA", an autoimmune disease that deposits too much calcium and collagen into the body causing organ damage and severe connective tissue disorder. The life expectancy of a person with this disorder is 11 years. SCLERODERMA is a disfiguring and chronic disease for which many are told there is “no cure.” Early in 2019, her condition worsened causing her to undergo a lifesaving heart surgery; a T.A.V.R. (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) a relatively new procedure for calcification of the heart valve (Stenosis). Predictably, the doctors prescribed a dozen of pharmaceuticals to make her more comfortable with the promise of longevity, but still a slow painless death.
Not accepting her prognosis and ultimate demise, she went in search for answers. In June 2019, Anna underwent a series of experimental Stem Cell treatments along with lifestyle and nutritional changes, that greatly improved her quality of life over a period of three years. Through this treatment it opened her eyes to medical help outside of Western Medicine. Doctors recommended drugs, but she believed there were other options to cure disease utilizing alternative and natural treatments. She proved it through her own journey. Shortly after, she founded The Strong and Golden Foundation to share her experiences, holistic healing methods, advice, and knowledge about treatment for the disease. Her mission is personal, aiming to support healing others with an autoimmune disease - and introducing those who have real answers and successes toward treatment, and hopefully one day… a cure.
